Film: black, local paper 240g/m2; brown, imported paper 120-140g/m2
Phenolic film
Size: 2440 x 1220 x 12mm,or as required
Grade: adequate for concrete works
Bonding: W.B.P. glue (weather/ boil proof)
Edges sealed with water resistant paint
The phenolic surface films give specific qualities to the surface finish of the concrete. In addition they extend the life of the plywood and it may be used to offer increased chemical resistance, and provide multiple pours from the same panel product. These also offer ease of use to the panel user as well as superior machinability. The film can provide superior glossy or matte finishes for architectural concrete surfaces.
We've acquired ISO9001 and ISO14001. The production capacity is 15,000M3 per month. These products have been exported to USA,Southeast Asia, Europe,etc.
